Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: The Els Club Malaysia has unveiled a comprehensive new programme of membership, offering golfers a world-class golfing experience.

Among many benefits, The Els Club Malaysia’s membership options provide access to its three golf courses: the Ocean Course and Valley Course in Desaru Coast, and the Rainforest Course in Langkawi.

The Els Club Malaysia membership programme offers three tiers that each boast a range of benefits, including discounts to the Els Performance Golf Academy, reciprocal and affiliation membership benefits at participating Troon clubs across the globe, as well as a member concierge service that includes invitations to world-class tournaments and events.

A Golf Course Facility Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF), the Els Club Malaysia comprises a trio of outstanding golf courses, including one designed by Ernie Els and Vijay Singh, voted World’s Best New Course and placed 83rd in Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Courses.

The Els Club Malaysia and its facilities are managed by Troon Golf, an Executive Member of the AGIF.

“Our membership programme has been designed to meet the demand we have seen from golfers looking to regularly frequent any of The Els Club Malaysia properties,” said Zainal Ashikin, Executive Director and CEO of Desaru Development Holding 1.

“We have three very distinct experiences which will give guests unique access to pick and choose from the Ocean, the Valley and the Rainforest.”

The Els Club Malaysia has been the recipient of high praise from leading influencers and members of the media since it opened the Rainforest Course in 2014.

Ashikin added: “We strive to redefine the golf experience in the region and to receive such positive reinforcement from respected members from both the media and leading figureheads in society gives us great encouragement that what has been created is delivering on our service promise.”
